Case in point: my daughter and her ex were initially against "vaccinating" their children. Her ex then got intense pressure from his parents and siblings, saying, essentially, he must have a death wish for his children if they don’t get the vaxx. Numerous calls, and accusations at family meals. Son caved. Daughter did not. Good old grandpa called her out in front of her friends at a baseball game. Accusing her of endangering her 3 children. Then he went behind her back and bribed the 2 teenage boys with a $500 gift if they got vaxxed (and the 13 yr. old younger son already had Covid). Her stupid ex then took them to get jabbed for their first pay day. And later boosted for another $500 pay day. I am sure they are still bullied to continue with the boosters. Fortunately, the 10 yr. old girl was saved from the jab. I’ve talked to them about my feelings; seems the only thing I can do after the fact.
My apologies for this long tale. I want you to know how meaningful and helpful this is to a grandmother (and daughter) who are feeling helpless. Now we have some facts that even those misguided people (my public words) just might understand. I'm sending them this article and next time I see them I might just tell them what I think of their interfering in something that is none of their business.
