It is easy to get upset when I see health information going out that is false or harmful and all of the stuff going on in the world, but sometimes I remember that God knows all of what is going on and even though I think I see a steady decline of morality I also remember what the end of the story is and that is exciting. I need to remember to use my talents with the continued reminding that time is short and I have a responsibility to spread the gospel.

Walk in the path of righteousness as gloriously illuminated by Jesus of Nazareth. Even though you might trudge through the valley of doubt and descend into the depths of darkness and even death itself, continue to trust our Heavenly Father. Invest your energy in Heavenly treasures -- the spiritual riches accruing to those living a life of love and service.

Do not neglect or abuse your body, but by concentrating outward -- on projecting Divine Love, rather than inward on your own selfish concerns, you will let the joy of living Our Father’s will saturate your life and consequently you will enjoy the best health that your body is capable of achieving. This spiritual poise will serve you well in sickness as well as in health, and, as the body’s life energies eventually reach exhaustion, you can rest assured that you lived your life loyally and faithfully, and your trust in the Heavenly Father will reassure you that nothing of such value is ever discarded.

Time on earth is short, like the blink of an eye as compared to eternity with God. Life without an end date. Just thinking of that creates such confidence in my soul. What a reward we are given in exchange for making Jesus known to the world in that blink of an eye existence here in earth. Thank you Lord for the blood you sacrificed so I could live with you forever. Amen!

Yes, it can all become time consuming and expensive. I definitely see myself here, but I guess it’s not only been covid and fear of being unhealthy but seeing my 90+ parents age and folks it’s not fun. Maybe I’ve added a few years to my life but I really want to serve God above all, something that’s been all too easy to lose sight of these last few years. Thanks for sharing this wisdom.

As a result of our technological "progress" much of this world has become a very unhealthy place to live. There are simple things we can do to limit the damage. One of them is to pay attention to what we are eating. Is it food of the kinds that God gave us to eat, or is it adulterated products of industrial farming and food processing, designed for low production cost and extended shelf life? Is it missing important nutrients because somebody falsely claimed that they were bad for us?

There are many causes for illness, but there are certain clear cause-and-effect relationships that, if we heed them, will tend to lead toward better health. Why not do that first, and then address whatever remains? Not to live as long as we possibly can, but to remain available to serve others.

Great post. Thank you. There is nothing about the current "vaccines" that can be classified as "health". The shots are a bioweapon. Two counties in Florida ( where I moved from Hawaii ) have political committees that have passed "ban the jab" resolutions. We The People are organizing and will actually force our "leaders" to do the right thing and stop the shots. A couple of reference links:

Faith in Jesus Christ is paramount; everything else is a far second.

Peace. :-)
