Great post. I wish I knew about your church in Maui - my wife and I lived in Kauai for 12 years and fled the communist response to covid by moving to Florida. May God bless you and your husband. Peace.

Philippians 4:8

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.

This Bible verse can help us realize that when our hearts, minds and strength are fixated on the beauty of God’s divinity, He abides in us and we abide in Him. God protects our minds from conforming to the world and delivers peace to our hearts.
